And yes, their new album can definitely be called a big success! Jennifer Haben’s band delivers an outstanding collection of beautiful compositions, proving their great inspiration and creative drive. Once again showcasing strong songwriting skills, Beyond the Black offer excellent songs full of great ideas, clever arrangements, and impressive cohesion. One fantastic track follows another—none falls short; on the contrary, mentioning only a few would do injustice to the rest! “Break the Silence” is therefore a magnificent album that leaves the listener stunned, even those who are hard to impress, even the purists, even the doubters. The undeniable star and protagonist of the record is clearly Jennifer Haben, who captivates with her emotional and passionate performances. Melodic metal reaches moments of greatness here, offering truly magical and intense experiences.
