As the night fell in Athens on March 1st, everything was ideal for a dark/atmospheric/progressive evening with Antimatter. Six years after their last visit in Greece, the band led by Mick Moss was stoked to play again in Athens and offer us moments of passionate, emotive music. Myth of Rock was there at Piraeus Club Academy and shares its memories with all of you!

Some minutes after eight o’ clock, we were already outside the club to secure our spot and soon enough we got in, eager to enjoy the sonic expression of Mick Moss and company. Time passed by and at nine o’clock, the venue finally brimmed with rock and metal fans of the band. They didn’t leave us waiting for long, since Mick Moss and the other three members took to the stage. We all cheered up and, laid back, we started tasting Antimatter’s characteristic rock music. It was evident that the English band was in a good mood and, having wisely and carefully selected their set list, began to play for us. And they gave their everything, to the maximum of their potential and passion, enchanting us with their astonishing sounds! They were tight and solid, emotional and introspective at the same time, so determined to create their own sonic cosmos and convey their messages to the noisy audience. Performing overwhelmingly, paying attention to the expression of feelings and to the precision of the final sonic product, Antimatter played a top-class concert, satisfying the demanding fans and fulfilling the duty to themselves! Mick Moss sang beautifully and played the guitar gently, while the other instruments were perfectly dropping the notes of every nice little song. We were all amazed and wanted more from this phenomenal band, which is truly giving rock music a priceless weight. It was a show flawlessly made just for all the fans of music with melodicity, emotional depth and atmosphere. The band played for us, and we shouted for the band with enthusiasm! These are nights of good, expressive music, and we all shall appreciate these concerts, these musical virtues! Another exciting rock night by Antimatter in Greece!
