Canadian rock legends TRIUMPH have announced the cancellation of the previously scheduled second leg of their “Rock & Roll Machine Reloaded” tour, citing “sudden and unexpected medical circumstances affecting the band”.
The second leg of the tour was set to take TRIUMPH across major markets in the Midwest, Northeast, Southwest and West Coast throughout November and December. The lineup was expected to remain the same as the one that toured earlier in 2026, featuring guitarist/vocalist Rik Emmett and drummer/vocalist Gil Moore, joined by guitarist Phil X, drummer/keyboardist Brent Fitz and bassist Todd Kerns.
Phil X, whose real name is Theofilos Xenidis, is currently a member of BON JOVI and previously played with TRIUMPH. Fitz and Kerns are both members of SLASH FEATURING MYLES KENNEDY & THE CONSPIRATORS. Original TRIUMPH bassist Mike Levine, meanwhile, was absent from all of the band’s 2026 tour dates after revealing in December 2025 that he had “a problem” with his hand that “precludes” him “from being able to really play well”.
TRIUMPH released the following statement via social media: “It is with deep disappointment that we announce the cancellation of the remaining 2026 ‘Reloaded’ tour dates due to sudden and unexpected medical circumstances affecting the band. With the second leg of the tour set to begin in just under three weeks, these circumstances prevent us from being able to rehearse and move forward with the current shows as planned. We recognize that this announcement comes on short notice, and sincerely apologize for the disappointment and inconvenience this will cause. To our fans: thank you for your patience, understanding, and unwavering support. We’ve always known that TRIUMPH has the best fans in the world, and are continually humbled by the love you show us. Your support means more than we can put into lyrics, especially during a difficult time like this. Thankfully, the outlook is positive and we will be back on stage with you as soon as possible. All tickets purchased for the affected dates will be refunded automatically through the original point of purchase. Ticketholders do not need to take any action to initiate their refunds. Fans with questions regarding their orders should contact the ticket provider from which they purchased their tickets”.
