TOM HAMILTON’S CLOSE ENEMIES TO RELEASE DEBUT IN MARCH 2026

by MythofRock

CLOSE ENEMIES — the powerhouse lineup featuring Tom Hamilton (AEROSMITH), Tony Brock (THE BABYS), Peter Stroud (Sheryl Crow), Trace Foster (AC/DC’s longtime tech guru), and Chasen Hampton — are set to release their debut full-length album in March 2026 via TLG|ROCK, with distribution handled by Virgin Music Group.

Ahead of the album’s official release, a limited run of early-production CDs will be available exclusively to fans who purchase VIP tickets for CLOSE ENEMIES’ upcoming California and Florida tour dates, presented under the banner “An Evening with Close Enemies – Live in Concert.”

These special shows promise a rare, up-close experience, highlighting the band’s unmistakable chemistry through a setlist built around their highly praised original material, while also featuring select classic tracks from AEROSMITH and THE BABYS.

Formed in the wake of AEROSMITH stepping away from touring due to Steven Tyler’s vocal issues, CLOSE ENEMIES bring a bold and electrifying rock sound that fuses raw edge, top-tier musicianship, and the undeniable fire of seasoned stage veterans.

Despite the band’s name, the members are anything but adversaries — they are close friends, each boasting a distinguished and accomplished career in music.

Last October, CLOSE ENEMIES unveiled their fifth single, “More Than I Could Ever Need,” through TLG|ROCK, with distribution by Virgin Music Group. The track followed “Rain,” released in June, and “Sweet Baby Jesus,” which arrived in April. Earlier in the year, the band dropped “Inside Out” in February, while their debut single, “Sound Of A Train,” marked their first release back in January.
