The Rolling Stones have unveiled the video for the vibrant and infectious lead single, “In The Stars”, taken from their newly announced studio album “Foreign Tongues.”
The clip was directed by Francois Rousselet, whose impressive portfolio includes campaigns for Nike, Diesel, work with Pharrell Williams, as well as the Stones’ previous videos for “Angry” from “Hackney Diamonds” and “Ride ’Em On Down” from “Blue & Lonesome”.
Starring acclaimed actress Odessa A’zion, known for her roles in “Marty Supreme” and “I Love LA”, the video was developed by Deep Voodoo using cutting-edge deepfake technology.
The visually striking concept reimagines The Rolling Stones as their 1970s selves, performing “In The Stars” alongside musicians, singers, and dancers drawn from a wide range of eras, cultures, and subcultures.
On working with THE ROLLING STONES, Odessa A’zion said: “Are you kidding me? It’s my dream. The first record that I ever got that I listened to from start to finish was ‘Tattoo You’. I’m obsessed with THE ROLLING STONES. This is in my bucket list for sure.”
