Ozzy Osbourne passed away yesterday, and an unbearable sadness has spread across the world. This immense loss has devastated all Black Sabbath and Ozzy Osbourne fans—we still can’t believe that the Prince is no longer among us.
He has proudly and triumphantly ascended to the heavens, where he will be reunited with many, many old friends. Ozzy will live on forever in our hearts—he remains with us through our memories and, above all, through his timeless music.
He bid us farewell with a smile, and that is exactly how we will always remember him.

Ozzy died aged 76.
A statement from the Osbourne family reads: “It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time.”
No cause of death was given, though Osbourne had experienced various forms of ill health in recent years.
Almost all famous rock and metal musicians have paid tribute to Ozzy, posting messages to their official social media pages.
Of course, all social media is full of posts by innumerable fans, mourning the passing of Ozzy.
