One of Them introduce themselves to the prog scene with their debut single, “Space,” and it seems they’re here to stay.
Their sound is clean and powerful, blending a modern metal aesthetic with atmospheric textures, moving through complex rhythmic patterns, heavy riffs, and shifts between clean and screamed vocals.
It’s the surprise we were waiting for to shake things up — a fresh new proposal that immediately grabs attention. A powerful statement that leaves a clear mark from their very first step.
The band consists of Rebecca Georgiadis (vocals), Heracles Tsesmelis (guitar), Dimitris Varltzis (drums), and their newly added member Victor Kouloumpis (bass), while “Space” — as well as the entire EP — was recorded by the first three members.
Although they are a new presence on the scene, the members bring years of experience from previous musical projects such as Bandallusia, Nochnoy Dozor, Waλves, Of Embla, Need, and others. Together, they are building a sound that carries intensity, melody, and dynamic expression, aiming to explore the boundaries of modern progressive metal.
Their debut single, “Space,” marks the beginning of a new creative journey, serving as just the starting point of their discography and hinting at the album that will follow soon.
The recording took place at Eightyard Studios, while production, mixing, and mastering were handled by Hector Tsolakis.
They will also make their live debut alongside KIVA on May 30 at NAOS, marking an exciting first step onto the stage.
