Firehouse’s latest single, “Midnight Gasoline”, is now streaming on YouTube — check it out below.
Initially released in early March as a paid digital download via FireHouse’s official website, “Midnight Gasoline” marks the band’s second track featuring new lead vocalist Nate Peck, who joined in 2024 after earning a golden ticket on American Idol. He stepped in following the passing of longtime frontman C.J. Snare, who died on April 5, 2024 at the age of 64 after a prolonged battle with cancer.
Nate Peck has been performing with Firehouse since October 2023.
The band’s first release featuring Peck, “Mighty Fine Lady”, arrived on Spotify in July 2025.
Former frontman C.J. Snare was diagnosed with stage IV colon cancer in 2020 and stepped away from the band in 2023 to undergo abdominal surgery. Although he had been battling the illness for years, his daughter later stated that the official cause of death was cardiac arrest, according to TMZ.
