Venerate Industries welcomes Breakeven to its roster — a band that has already started to stand out for its consistency, intensity, and directness, bringing a fresh new approach to the broader sound of the Greek punk rock scene.
Breakeven is a five-piece band from Athens, formed in 2022 by former and current members of groups such as Flipstar, Overjoyed, Tardive Dyskinesia, Potergeist, Middle Fingers High, Dead City Motion, and Dismiss — musicians with different backgrounds but a shared goal: to create music that is direct, honest, and emotionally charged, without fanfare or unnecessary embellishments.
Their songs are defined by explosive riffs, relentless grooves, and inspired melodic lines, all tied together by vocals that convey intensity and emotion — sometimes cleaner, sometimes rougher and grittier.
With the release of their debut EP War in My Mind, Breakeven have already left a clear mark on the underground scene, both sonically and through their energetic live performances.
October 2025 marks their signing with Venerate Industries, through which the band’s first full-length album will be released in the second half of 2026. A new chapter begins for Breakeven — one that keeps their dedication intact while expanding their horizons.
