AEROSMITH: COLLABORATE WITH YUNGBLUD

by MythofRock

AEROSMITH icons Steven Tyler and Joe Perry have announced a brand-new collaborative single with British singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Yungblud (Dominic Richard Harrison). The sing will be called “My Only Angel”.

The trio had already joined forces on September 7 at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards, where they paid tribute to the legendary Ozzy Osbourne with a powerhouse medley of his classics. Yungblud opened the set with a fiery rendition of “Crazy Train,” before slowing things down for BLACK SABBATH’s “Changes.” Tyler then stepped in to deliver a heartfelt performance of Osbourne’s ballad “Mama, I’m Coming Home,” backed by Perry on guitar. Yungblud later returned to share the mic with Tyler for a climactic duet, closing with pyrotechnics and his shouted dedication: “Ozzy forever!”

Following the performance, both AEROSMITH and Yungblud posted a short video of Tyler and Yungblud embracing backstage. With a sly grin, Steven teased, “We’ve got a secret!”.

At the July 5 “Back To The Beginning” concert, Yungblud delivered a rendition of “Changes” backed by an all-star lineup: EXTREME’s Nuno Bettencourt on guitar, ANTHRAX’s Frank Bello on bass, SLEEP TOKEN’s II on drums, and longtime BLACK SABBATH/Ozzy Osbourne touring musician Adam Wakeman on keyboards. The song was originally released in 1972 on SABBATH’s fourth album, “Vol. 4″.
