Former Nightfall, Casus Belli and Spitfire bass player Fotis Anagnostou died at the age of 49. Nightfall and Casus Belli released the following statements after the sad loss of Fotis.
Nightfall: ”It is with deep sadness in our hearts that we have to bring you the news that our friend Fotis Anagnostou has passed away this morning after a short but brave fight. We are all devastated and it is unbelievable for everybody who knew him. Fotis Anagnostou recorded bass guitar in “Diva Futura” album and appeared with us in Wacken Open Air 2001″.
Casus Belli: “A day of sadness and grieving! My heart goes out to you brother. Another Star in the sky tonight. Sleep tight brother Fotis. Rest assured that your Thoughtfulness, Kindness, and inspiration will stay in my heart forever. I love you, my brother. Αντίο αδερφέ μου Φώτη”.
