Following two consecutive album releases in 2022 and 2023, JETHRO TULL is set to unveil a new record, “Curious Ruminant” on Friday, March 7, 2025. The album features nine brand-new tracks, ranging from two and a half minutes to nearly seventeen minutes in length, showcasing a predominantly full-band sound. Joining the current lineup — David Goodier, John O’Hara, Scott Hammond, and new guitarist Jack Clark, making his recording debut with the band — are former keyboardist Andrew Giddings and drummer James Duncan.
To coincide with this announcement, the album’s title track has been launched digitally, alongside a video by Costin Chioreanu (who previously created the bands video for “Ginnungagap” from “RökFlöte”).
“Curious Ruminant” will be available in a variety of formats, including a limited deluxe ultra-clear 180g 2LP + 2CD + Blu-ray artbook and a limited deluxe 2CD + Blu-ray artbook. Both editions feature the full album, alternative stereo mixes, and a Blu-ray containing Dolby Atmos and 5.1 Surround Sound, once again mixed by Bruce Soord of The Pineapple Thief, along with exclusive interview content. The deluxe vinyl artbook edition also includes two exclusive art prints. Additionally, the album will be offered as a special edition CD digipak, a gatefold 180g LP with booklet, and as a digital release in both stereo and Dolby Atmos formats.
