Feanor are sad to announce that their guitarist Walter The Scorpion has decided to leave the band due to personal reasons. But they are happy to announce that Thilo Hermann (ex-Running Wild, ex-Grave Digger) has joined their ranks as new guitarist.
Gus Acosta comments:
“I am thrilled to welcome Thilo to the Feanor family. Since our long-time friend Walter The Scorpion is unable to perform with us due to personal reasons, we thought that nobody can fit in better than Thilo. His past in Running Wild and Grave Digger cements the Teutonic accent we already had with Sven (Wizard). We are already working on a new album, and having a former Manowar member (David Shankle) and Thilo on the axes, sets up the tone for the best album in our career.”
Thilo adds:
“I’m so excited to join Feanor and move forward full steam into the next phase of this great band! With Dave, Sven, Emiliano and Gus, there’s no stopping us! It just feels great to be playing metal again!”
Feanor already recorded some music with Thilo which will be released digitally soon.
