1000mods deliver another crusher from their new album “Cheat Death” today! Charging ahead at full volume with its razor-sharp shredding and pummeling rhythmic drive, “Götzen Hammer” is a face-ripping modern punk banger featuring an incendiary performance from Frenzee frontwoman Api on guest vocals. Says the band: “The song is inspired by the one and only destroyer and creator, who ever walked the Earth. And hammering the idols, still. F.W.N”.

About the album theme, the band says: “In life, only death matters, and in music and arts most specifically, you can only realize life through death and vice versa. But what if you cheat death? What happens next? From Heraclitus to Camus, from Socrates to Nietzsche, sometimes we just reconsider how we approach things, life and death. We have to give our small lives a purpose as no one gives a fuck. And we must destroy the walls, limits and values to give it a reason because no one cares. That’s life, and that’s cheating death.”
