Directed by Joseph Hahn, LINKIN PARK’s DJ and creative director, Unshatter explores the band’s journey through the years following Bennington’s death in 2017, culminating in their reformation with Emily Armstrong (of Dead Sara) as lead vocalist and acclaimed songwriter and producer Colin Brittain on drums. Blending exclusive behind-the-scenes footage, archival material, and recent live performances, the documentary offers an intimate look at one of rock’s most emotional and significant comebacks. Tickets go on sale on August 13.

“‘Unshatter’ follows a very particular moment in LINKIN PARK’s history and documents a path through loss, uncertainty, friendship, and reinvention,” Hahn said.

“I hope longtime fans see parts of our journey they’ve never seen before, and I hope people who are just discovering our music come away with a better understanding of how we got here. But even beyond LINKIN PARK, I hope people connect with it as a story about relationships, resilience, and what it really takes to move forward when you don’t have all the answers”.

Seven years after the heartbreaking loss of their longtime frontman Chester Bennington, the remaining members of LINKIN PARK faced the difficult challenge of finding a path forward. Drawing strength from their shared history and lasting bond, the band embraced a new chapter with the addition of Emily Armstrong and Colin Brittain, whose arrival ignited a fresh wave of creativity. Together, they embarked on a transformative journey that redefined the band’s sound while honoring its legacy.

The documentary follows LINKIN PARK from intimate studio sessions in 2022 through the release of their acclaimed album “From Zero” and the band’s electrifying concert in São Paulo. “Unshatter” combines rare archival footage, powerful performances from sold-out shows, and candid interviews with both the band and their fans, offering an honest and emotional look at resilience, renewal, and new beginnings.

Alongside the film, “Unshatter Film Soundtrack (Live in São Paulo)” delivers an impressive collection of live recordings spanning the band’s entire career, including several exclusive performances not featured in the documentary.

Fans can get a first glimpse of Unshatter by watching the live performance of “Somewhere I Belong” below.

On Tuesday (October 21), Wes shared several photos of Paul on his Instagram, accompanied by the following message: “With today being the first anniversary of Paul Di’Anno’s death, it seems like the right time to let folks know that starting next week, my documentary about Paul (IRON MAIDEN’s iconic early frontman) is finally going to leave the nest. Beginning with a friends & family screening on Tuesday in London, ‘Di’Anno: Iron Maiden’s Lost Singer’ is going to start hitting European film fests this month, with a wider release coming next year.

“I started shooting this film in 2017 and for years there wasn’t much to capture. Paul was in a wheelchair, desperately waiting for surgeries that doctors in the U.K. refused to greenlight. By the time the pandemic hit, Paul’s health had nosedived. And that’s when everything changed for him and my film. Kastro Pergjoni, who runs the Cart & Horses pub in London (known as ‘The Birthplace of IRON MAIDEN’) launched a crowd-funding campaign to help Paul take control of his own destiny. MAIDEN fans around the world gave. And Croatian MAIDEN superfan/writer Stjepan Juras lobbied for Paul to seek treatment in Zagreb, where he could be treated affordably. Paul acquiesced. Without question, Kastro and Stjepan not only changed Paul’s life, they extended it. My film largely documents their efforts, which were without question responsible for nearly all of the good moments at the end of Paul’s life. So to remember The Beast today, here are some behind the scenes shots.”

Today (September 26), THE RASMUS released a short documentary, “The Rasmus In Ukraine”, capturing their time in the country. All revenue from YouTube views will be donated to The Good Donations Foundation.

The raised funds were used to purchase state-of-the-art surgical kits from Germany, which have now been delivered to Ukraine and officially handed over to doctors at the Okhmatdyt National Children’s Specialized Hospital on September 25. For the medical staff who save children’s lives daily, the reliability and quality of these tools are essential. Although currently on tour promoting their new album Weirdo (Better Noise Music), THE RASMUS joined the ceremony online to personally thank and speak with the doctors.

As Atlas Festival headliners, the band — Lauri Ylönen (vocals), Emppu Suhonen (guitars), Eero Heinonen (bass), and Aki Hakala (drums) — not only performed but also supported charitable efforts, including autograph signings, raffles of exclusive merchandise bundles, and a visit to the hospital. In their message to the doctors, the group expressed deep admiration: “The doctors who work here are real heroes. They continue to provide care even during air raid sirens and rocket attacks. We were deeply impressed by their professionalism. It is crucial that they have equipment that matches their skills, because with the right tools, these doctors can achieve even more”.

The Good Donations Foundation extended heartfelt thanks to everyone who supported the cause, stating: “Together, we were able to give doctors instruments that give children a chance at life and hope to their families”.

The Atlas Festival drew more than 110,000 attendees and featured a robust security system, with plans in place to evacuate both the audience and performers within minutes if needed. Ahead of the event, THE RASMUS frontman Lauri Ylönen admitted: “It’s scary to play in the middle of war, but we want to show our support for the Ukrainian people. We have a massive fan base in Ukraine and we’ve also previously done a joint song with the Ukrainian Eurovision winner Kalush Orchestra”.
